Curbed ran a spread showing off the 8,000-square-foot amenity suite beneath a stunning collection of NoMad condos for sale at 88 & 90 Lex. Two buildings—one from 1927, the other from 1958—were merged to create a single unified experience of luxury living behind two distinctive facades. Developer HFZ Capital had the lower levels completely gutted before filling them with luxury amenities, including an L-shaped pool—sun-lit, situated within an atrium— a residents’ lounge and screening room, a children’s playroom, and more, all designed by Workshop/APD with an attractive neutral color palette that makes the amenities feel like extensions of the homes above.
