HFZ Capital Group’s new, two-building condo conversion of 88 & 90 Lexington Avenue is well underway in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. The project – which will be completed in 2016 – involves a total overhaul of the 13-story tower at 90 Lexington and an interior renovation of the 19-story Art Deco building at 88 Lexington. The limestone facade of 88 Lexington will remain intact, while the interiors are being transformed into large luxury living spaces with open floor plans and high ceilings as well as massive windows providing expansive views of the surrounding cityscape. 90 Lexington’s former exterior has been replaced by a unique stone and glass facade, and its interiors are currently being molded into sprawling apartments with a decidedly modern feel. Both of these Flatiron condos will feature over 8,000 square feet of amenities including a 60-foot swimming pool, a screening room, a residents lounge, and a fitness center.
